ppl, i cried...
yesterday marked the end of my 6 years of service in cckss ncc. the feeling simply sux. i knew i have to let go, but how we bonded, how we shared, how we laughed, i just simply couldnt wipe that off my brain and i will never.
throughout these years, i have seen how ur grew, from boys to now guys, all of you are under my command, from 2005 till 2006, and you guys made me proud by being my successor, by accomplishing more than me, under me we achieved our long lost silver, but now you guys have brought back our first gold unit plaque.
seriously, yesterday i was quite sad, in a way i did not show it, but deep inside, i knew i was about to break down, especially during the internal parade, walking down, i tried to joke, and i did, i noe many of you are feeling the same, or i presume, ur joke to wipe the tears off,

you guys have brought me the fondest memory in NCC, yesterday and today marked my saddest day ever.

well tink i've misunderstood the whole issue.
to ncc, forgive and forget, wads done has been done, cooperate with the organising team. no internal conflict please, just bury the hatchet and carry on
to scouts, we accept ur apology and hope tt you too accept ours, seriously we have no intention of criticising ur, but its just a moment of anger, so sorry for whatever we had said, carry on and together i hope we will make this parade a success.

well well well, many things have made me feel like changing my principle in life,
is it always the case whereby you respect others and others will respect you.
i doubt, dmn you scouts, we have always empathise with you for having small strength, and we even asked whether you wan to combine with guides, if you all said no we respect ur decision and let your be.
but wad now, we do not have the whole strength, then put us behind.
forget abt this, then wad ur fucking rsm said in his blog, haa, i anticipated that he will say something, and hell, make this clear okae, if we do not cooperate, we would have called all our man to leave, and you urself, wad venture, hair touching ur collar, shit standard, now i understand why ur coulnt make it, its becuse ur have someone like him. and mind you, we are damn angry and not damn sad, we did not say we are passing away,
if you wan to see something called not cooperating, i can make this happen, even if you call wee liat or whoever, i will still abide by my own style.

today after my medical checkup, i went to ncc, feeling so happy
but something just ruined my mood.
firstly, Scouts yuu said the starting time of POP rehersal should be 4.30, exact should be 16.30, but yuu dragged on till wad 17.30, and in your proposal yuu said that the dismissal time should be 17.30, wad the fuck do you tink you are, making all the UGs wait for your "DAMN NICE" flag party,
and seccondly, do you need me to give you some lesson on respect, bloody hell, we NCC gold unit, special recommendation from the principal, being made to stand behind, wad the hell, so what we only send in 9 cadets, tt's because all went for HQ event, and you made us stand at the back, for your information, do you know what is " start is end", blloody, do you need me to get my PJC peers who wrote that to teach you on this. you led the parade,conversely your man should be at the back, you wan scouts to come in first, sorry, against protocol, cos scouts should be the last to march, and do you have some mere respect for us NCC officers, we are there then you called what, we stand at the back. dont you know i'm giving you time to shift the whole contingent, i'm prepared to park them right in front, bloody hell, then tell me to shift them back, CCB, who are you to order me,

today is 15/04/08. 10 more days my relationship with ncc may come to an end. now i wonder whether i may go back after that. the feeling is hard. i doubt anyone can understand, cos i'm in this for 6 long years.
anyway, these 6 years have been fruitful, from cadets to seniors to now a mentor.

haa peeps, something to share with you all.
1 fine day, i went to open my friendster message. you know, friendster have like message where people will send to you. function, well still figuring, maybe some people put as private profile then people would send and request the owner to add him/her as friend. well i tink there's no link between what i've said and the issue i'm going to talk about.
well, i shall go back to the subject. first, is anyone looking for part time job? second, have you experienced some kind of problem finding part time job? well this is a message i've received from friendster:

hihi ppl, its me again
well for today, i seriously mean it as an apologetic post to my fellow juniors
well, for these past trainings i've been pumping my juniors. hai, if wx didnt struck me, i dunno wad hell m i going to do next. i dunno wads going into me, i feel that i've been doing the wrong things.
question to ponder: will pumping makes people change?
seriously i do not know, but i do know that pumping will never make me gain the rightful respect fro my juniors. sorry guys, i've been overboard recently. i will now lecture instead of punish, talk rather than pump.
hai, now i am starting to think about what mei says, m i going back just to pump them. i've been telling her that when i go back i dont pump them, or rather i just watch what they are doing. however, mei also saw me pumping them, and she commented that i was fierce.
i admit i was damn angry for the rifle part, although i did the punishment with the, the matter of fact is that i did punished them.
another question to think: am i really that fierce
alright, from like secondary school, people have been commenting
classmates: can you smile? you are dman fierce
Mr. Tan Liang Hooi(CCKS): you look cool and fierce, and your eyebrow wont move, do you know how to smile?

people joke of the day. there is this question on physics, which yuu noe the conservation of energy, ya, so they were asking why energy would be zero afterall,
so, there is this guy who answered like this:
everything that begins shall end and everything that ends shall have a beginning. so whatever ends muzt begin and whatever begins must ends. so since everything that ends must begin at the same point and everything that begins must end at the same point, the total energy will be zero.
when the lecturer said the first line, we were all started to laugh, then when he continued the laughter became more, eventually he added:
this guy must be link to some kind of Buddhism. me and my friends smply laughed our ass off, it was damn hilarious la, smply cannot stand it, and the lecturer said is e an "A" level candidate.
so today went to ccks earlier cos PJC half day, cos they want celebrate good "A" level results, then they wore no.4, the training started. after tt dunno why ernest started to "torture" the part "C"s so i joined lorr, then there was theese girls looking which i duuno why la, seriously tink they are saddist.
okae, then they pump den i oso need do with them cos mdm says. then they keep doing i oo keep doing lorr. after that actaully they ot war game but den part c cancelled cos need teach them drills.
after besu right, something terrible happened, the part c simply left the whole pile of dummy rifle in the void deck and they happily went to change. then i screwed them upsde down, initially quite harsh la, simply angry with them for being so careless, care to tink if those were real M16.
then after tt mei told me i was damn fierce with them, but i already very soft hearted liao, eventually my voice ebcame softer and just talk.cos i was once a junior, and i noe that long lasting punishment willl not get anything into the head, but the healing powder is simply "TALK"

haa, for today, let me teach ur the technique i learn in school regarding the 2.4km run. as yuu noe for guys we need a minimum silver to be excused from the extra 2 months of training in BMT
so the lesson shall start
as ur can see there are marks at the side, 100m, 200m, 300m and 400m, they are basically the markings or interval. so yuu shall start at the curve on the 100m mark. when the starter say start, run at ur warm up pace for the 100m,
then at 200m , execute "crunzing" which is to widen ur legs apart. this is because when yuu open ur legs, yuu will take smaller steps, then the no. of steps yuu take will be lesser, yuu will reach the 300m, at the shortest time and not tiring ur self.
then at the 300m mark, it is the easiest, just lean ur body inwards, then momentum will carry ur speed through, because of phys equation p=mv, p is momentum, m is mass and v is speed, when yuu widen ur legs at the 200m distance, ur speed will increase, so when yuu lean ur body sideways, momentum will be ;large to bring yuu through the 300m distance, therefore yuu wil once again like slack
okae, for final 400m mark and last 100m, yuu have to chiong all the way. yuu will not feel tired, care to share the reason? this is cause this pattern will repeat, so after sprinting for the last 100m, yuu will be running at warming up speed again.
okae, technique finished, now is the training, first yuu have to do it in interval. for exmaple, 17 year old guy. complete 1 round in 1.40 min then rest for 1.40 min, ratio 1:1. then repeat for6 rounds, after subsequent training, reduce resting time to 1:0.5 ie: run for 1.40 min then rest for 50s, subsequently till ratio is 1:0, complete all 6 rounds at each round timing at 1.40min.
