hello again, super sian, den see everyone else's blog, den suddenly remember i have 1 too.

just a summary of 2010 since it's going to an end. nothing much all about army.

1. brunei, the most "awesome" place 1 could yearn for. the hills or say mountains is so deadly. when you climb up 1, you thought its going to end, who knows its another downhill. up down up down, till i got heat exhaustion, partly cos i got fever. then as usual, get scolded cos he says i can die.

2. 2nd year specs came in, initially not very good impression of them, cos they always get us into trouble, haha, opps, then somemore my team de DY never go taiwan den i become DY/signaller again, carry round 40++ kg. but overall it was fun, hiding and buying fried chicken from ninja van. as usual, good things or moments always end with a scolding session. then during R&R, he got so irritating that i ask hm to 'diam', apparently he heard den he tot was stanley, but luckily stanley gei siao so prevent me from another scolding session

3. then come another mission out of singapore. details not to be disclosed

4. happiest period, the yog, as usual, scolding sessio, from the 2330 incident to the going into water incident, all i kena, innocentl accept it. the going into water was worse, totally not my fault den Fuck me, ccb. is the smelly ass want go inside water after getting instruction from 4sir mortar PS, den he come ask me why sabo smelly go inside, nnbcb, then that smelly still smile smile or rather smell.

5. atec stage 1, got redcon 1, yeah, i fell down, den the rifle poke into my throat, tot i will have ah du voice, luckily didnt, den got mc, skipped 9div sports day, wahahah

6. got atn c for 10 days, cos foot got infection, as usual de la, he call gan me, says need go for InAD shoot if not nvr get marksman, den i ask him anything he take responsibility, cos if like tt sure cannot go stage 2, den he fuckng cb call me again, says some stuff like i good soldier wurn geng, rest well, don go InAD oso nvm.

8. going somewhere over the ocean in 1 week time, after tt go MTI, den dragonball or dragon fire, forget already

this trip makes me treasure things more. i dreamt of many ppl during my sleep in the jungle.

and my close encounter with death at BIANG, somehow i tink that it was her who saved me. durn tink too much la, its my grandmother. i not quite sure it was which grandmother, nevertheless, tink they durn wan to see me so soon ba.

hello prople, i'm back with some management lessons, haha, enjoy

Lesson 1:

A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower, when the doorbell rings.

The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs.

When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next-door neighbour.

Before she says a word, Bob says, 'I'll give you $800 to drop that towel.'

After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob, after a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 and leaves.

The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs.

When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks, 'Who was that?'

'It was Bob the next door neighbour,' she replies.

'Great,' the husband says, 'did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?'

Moral of the story:
If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.

Lesson 2:

A priest offered a Nun a lift.

She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg.

The priest nearly had an accident.

After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg.

The nun said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?'

The priest removed his hand. But, changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again.
The nun once again said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?'

The priest apologized 'Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.'

Arriving at the convent, the nun sighed heavily and went on her way.

On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. It said, 'Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.'

Moral of the story:
If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.

Lesson 3:

A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp.

They rub it and a Genie comes out.
The Genie says, 'I'll give each of you just one wish.'
'Me first! Me first!' says the admin clerk. 'I want to be in the Bahamas , driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.'
Puff! She's gone.

'Me next! Me next!' says the sales rep. 'I want to be in Hawaii , relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.'

Puff! He's gone..

'OK, you're up,' the Genie says to the manager.
The manager says, 'I want those two back in the office after lunch.'

Moral of the story:
Always let your boss have the first say.

Lesson 4

An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing.

A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, 'Can I also sit like you and do nothing?'
The eagle answered: 'Sure, why not.'

So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Moral of the story:
To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.

Lesson 5

A turkey was chatting with a bull.

'I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree' sighed the turkey, 'but I haven't got the energy.'
'Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull. They're packed with nutrients.'

The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree.

The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch.

Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree.

He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.

Moral of the story:
Bull Shit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there..

Lesson 6

A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field.

While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him.

As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was.

The dung was actually thawing him out!
He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.
A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate.

Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.

Morals of the story:
(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.
(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.
(3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

hai, this is my new hair style, quite nice rite, hahahhaha

just watch finish 洗冤录, nice show i can say, its about a coroner wanting to help the dead and live seek redress through inspecting the dead body. through the dead bodies, he found many answers to unsolved mystery.

this erm sort of, gave rise to my dream of becoming forensic scientist. i told someone yesterday about my long lost dream. surprisingly, she said its was cool and ask me learn le must teach her. quite surprise by her reaction i must say, cos i told many others and many said i was crazy cos i need to see dead bodies almost everyday. but den i told her this may be a dream nvr fulfiled cos i nvr take bio in sec skul and jc.

but i always hold this principle of helping ppl seek redress and bring culprit to sentence. so i might sign on as police inspector, which i' currently thinking whether i should go about doing. hai, tink i have to ask ppl.

hi everyone. my current status is excuse RMJ, haha, sprained my leggie.. cos of CSB, yeah 8th jan my mom will don the badge for me:)

chanced upon a story which goes like this:

1 day a new lecturer went into his new class. he took out a glass jar. and he started filling the jar with rock. then he asked the students is the jar fully filled. so, the ans came as a NO.

yup, the jar is not filled. so the lecturer continue filling the jar, this time with pebbles. though the pebbles filled up the spaces in between the jar, he asked the students whether jar is filled again, and the ans is still no.

next, he poured in some sand. so he asked again is the jar filled, this time round since the sand particles are small enough to fill up the remaining spaces, the students answered yes.

the lecturer then continue to fill the jar with a cup of coffee. this act made the students laughed.

the lecturer then explained, the jar is comparable to our life. at different stages we are filling in different things. in order to make the best out of it, we have to carefully choose wad we want to fill first. so we have to fill in the rocks, in order for other things to fill the reaining spaces. so our priority is rock which is our food, shelter family friends, things we cannot live without.

next we can fill with pebbles which can be our wants, then sand. the cotinuation of filling in coffee is to tell us that no matter how bus our life is, we still need time aside for a cup of coffee or two.

actually i have alot of things to say, but i dunno who to turn to. actually i have many things tt 1 worry. recently i'm promoted to lance corporal, but i durn feel any happiness about it, it just feel like any other routine.

有千言万语想对你说，但不知时机是对的。。。

now, i feel that keeping things to myself is the best thing i can do...

in the past i noe that every sunday i have something to do, but now i realise that i have nowhere to go on sundays...

so many things in my mind, but so little people i can talk to...

lost my third family member this year, my grandma(1926-2009)

17th nov, my uncle went down, only to find my grandma giving out CO2 and not taking in any oxygen. immediately they asked for her to be discharged, and it was lucky for them to make that decision. she hanged on and finally passed on at 17.55, half an hour after she reached home.

many of us were by her side, when she passed on and taking in her last breath, she opened both her eyes, just to see us for the last time.

this gave me 2 weeks of leave which i don want......

i remember the last time i have a hearty conversation with my grandma was shortly after my grandpa passed away, that day she make tapioca cake for me, and tt was probably the last time she make something for me to eat. in the past, whenever she got extra dumpling, she will give us, now it can onl be turned into memories.

hi, been a long time since i blog,

ytd came home, shocking news,
can you imagine a 28 years old women become a widow in just a short period
can you imagine a 29 years old chap who have not even heard his daughter calling him and just be gone like tt
can you imagine a few months old girl without a father?

i asked someone this morning, and she have the same thoughts as me.

all of these happened in just a few hours because of motorcycle again. so i sincerely hope tt none of my friends or relatives will ever ride on a bike again..

recce course ending in 1 week, and its oso the beginning of a new chapter. to all sgt if you happen to read this, i rather be a good traineee den be the best trainee. cos i know i will nvr be the best, haha

arh, someone ask me to tink hard for my b'day present, so my brain is cracking at this moment:D

after like thousand years, i finally blog, haha

just completed the advance infantry training, alot shootings, alot weekends burnt:(

den yest went back ccks, my feelings is still the same, just tt erm a bit sad, cos i cannot go down often, only once in a while, by the time i can go back, many familiar faces will be gone, many batches will have passed out, many new faces will come in, and many ppl who dunno me will wonder why is this guy doing in their skul.

on a happier note, many ppl says i slim down by alot, haha, look better now, and they ask me maintain, haha, in infantry how not to maintain, everytime train in physical, haha.

and someone(LL) ask me for gloves, not durian gloves hor although now is durian season, marching gloves la, haha,den coincidence ncc room got alot, den i got like 10 over pairs for her, but some quite dirty so must wash wash, haha

anyway heres my new look and new hair style, some of them says i look more cute and better, haha

yo ppl, first post after i'm botak. haha, next week will be my 7th week in BMTC, fast rite, 2 more weeks to POP.

i was enlisted to HAWK COY, the instructors are the strictest in school 1, slightly better den NINJA, but last week we broke NINJA record of 350 push up in 1 week, my platoon kena like 500 plus,

and it is an offence to blog bad things abt SAF, so the 500 push ups is to keep me fit.

something happy, i lost 12kg thanks to the hectic training, field camp, i survived with just biscuits and water, haha, while others did not lose weight cos they ate the combat ration.

last week was hand grenade throwing, mive de, those that can really kill ppl, shiok sia, guys must really appreciaite, cos its 1 throw in entire life, unless we go to war, if not in BMT and ur entire life, yuu will only be able to throw 1 grenade. oh, there will be chances to throw la, if yuu lucky get posted to tekong to be commander after POP.

well, actually this fri wan go back CCKs, but unlucky, kena confine for not bringing water bottle for 5BX during field camp, but confine damn shiok, sleep for 6 hours den eat dinner den sleep again till next morining, den eat dinner den clean area, den BOOK OUT!!!!

okae, army life can be fun, can be torturing, its just a matter of fact what ur mind tells yuu, my mind is clear, tt's why i can survive these 7 weeks of tough and hectic trainings.

yesterday the prime minister announced a shuffle of cabinet, not the house cabinet, is the parliament cabinet.

RDAM Teo chee hian has been promoted to acting prime minister and will take charge of the prime minister office when the PM is out of Singapore, he will also resume his role as defence minister

Acting manpower minister has been officially promoted to manpower minister.

so on, lazy to list down.

shocking news is, the cabinet will welcome their first female minister: inister of Prime minister office- tan hwee hua.

really hope time will stop here and nvr reach 8th April, 8th April will be more saddening den 13 April....

today was a fruitful day, in the morning i woke up at 8.30am and do my workout.

1. carried extra 5 kg of weight and ran the stairs for 30 mins
2. do some physical training- 3 sets of workout, pushup, crunches and leg raise.

i work to the maximum, cos my thigh is aching and i still continue to run, perseverance is the key to success. wish me luck ba.

come to tink OCS isnt that easy, but i will try, even if i cannot get into OCS, i know i have tried.

i fianally know the true meaning of " the only thing 1 should ever give up to is the power of enthusiasm" i believe this is 1 of my most remembered question to my cadets: if you did not get the post you want will you continue to come for cca??

i guess now i must ask myself, if i didnt get into OCS what will i do.
i mean people will say i'm ridiculous, this question cannot apply to this situation. i guess partly correct, cos no matter wad i must serve the nation. the thins is no matter which unit i'm posted to, i will give my 100% or 110%.

i will not give my, cos military has always been my enthusiasm and passion. ppl ask me why, i dunno how to ans, maybe influence by ncc ba.

haha, i came across this article which got me so damn de angry with the speaker.

i shall name him as michael. michael is very importan to a little red dot on the map. years ago, in the 80s, he encouraged the red dot ppl to abolish using mandarin, he proposed that all universities couple should get together and have children, they will inherit their genes and become smarter he only want clever red dotters. he then proposed the 2 children in the 70s, fining all those who has more. sadly, this proposal still holds in the early 90s. me being born in 1990 and being the 4th child, my parents were fined $1000.

30 years ago,he found that thing were not quite right, he implemented the "speak more mandarin" drive, he hope all singaporeans chinese to be able to speak good mandarin. then after 90s, he implemented many baby bonus to encourage young singaporeans to give birth.

but the thing im angry is not this, today newspaper, he said that learning dialect is a waste of time. but arent our grandparents main language is their dialect? isn's him a chinese, chinese confusiasm wanted us not to forget our roots, but he wanted us not to waste time learning dialects, now english is a common language used among grandparents with grandchildren, even my aunt uses english with their grandchildren. back in my time, i spoke hokkien with my grandparents, even now i spoke to them using hokkien, man a times i communicate with my parents using hokkien. hokkien can say is my 1st language, but im proud of it, cos at least i nvr forget my roots.

by learning dialect,i durn see why is it that difficult, mind you, dialect can just purely be a communicative tool and need not have any tests or exams, will the children feel stressful. 1st language spoken in taiwan is hokkien or in their language "min nan yu" 闽南语. i listen to hokkien songs, tt doesnt mean old, but dont you tink tt some expressions expressed in hokkien is more meaningful??

i feel very comfortable and has a great sense of belonging when i speak hokkien or anyone communicate with me in hokkien, now i'm learning cantonese, by learning 1 more language will do us proud. harry says tt learning dialect will waste tie and put more stress on the young, but isnt learning french japanese equally stressful, why durn he abolish the O level Third language component. mind you, these foreign language classes have tests and exams, but learning dialect do not have.

hokkien may seems agressive and vulgar, but its our way of communication..

i bet in a few years time there will be this " speak dialect" drive.

just came back from camp, super de tired. i oso dunno why so tired, cos i nvr do much. somemore i at night sleep, afternoon also sleep, ahahaha, ing bah rite.

this may be my last camp in ncc, after which need go army le.

feel kinda sad suddenly, cos wurn be able to see many faces, tink through this camp, we've settled everything among the council and part D, so i tink our partnership will continue to work well.

8th april will be my last training with them, after which i will officially hand over the council to the next 2 VPs, wx and ernest. they will definitely be able to handle the council well, so jia you all of you, strive towards ur goals.:)

will miss everyone in the council and the seniors and juniors
will miss leeleng(got any secrets will continue share with you :P)

well, 2008 is coming to an end in 12 hours and 15 mins.

this year is full of surprises and happy times as well as sad times.

firstl, this year my result is like shit, never even pass 1 time, till prelim, my maths failed, got an "S". but something encouraging, i finally know my econs. i figure out why my econs sucks. i tink cos i link and tink too much, so much so that it got all entangled, other people tink too much, but their linking is superb, but tink my linking is like this cannot tt cannot, eventually i myself cannot.

then maths, seriousl towards the end i dunno what m i thinking, prelim, i never even touch maths, just flipping thru, cos the 2nd day is phys and maths together, then i found out from the pre A level revision that there are many thins on binom poisson normal approx hypothesis that i'm not sure, its was lucky that i get to know 1 month before A level, chers are right, that 1 month can make a difference.

as for phs, i noe i noe, but dunno why like tt. well i haven figure out why la, first phase of observation is lack of questions, so last 1 month chiong questions lorr.

then ncc, haa, happy times with the 08' part D and D1, tink it was ur who encourage me or give me the motivation to serve ncc for m 6th year ba. the camp times, torture, so PS, i was ur RSM for ur leadership camp, apologise, not every punishment is suggested by me, cos i RSM so ever punishment oso i carry out. the D1 let me remember when i was part b leading ur in the annual camp, tt time under me was sali, khairul and derry. in nCC found my true buddies, wx ernest and jo.

Vietnam defeated Singapore 1-0 in the second leg semi-final of the AFF Suzuki Cup at the National Stadium. A mistake by Ismail Yunos cost the lion the chance to win the Asean football title three times in a row.

Anyway, this year is not ours since we lost Khairul Amri (broken metatarsal), Fazrul Nawaz (torn knee ligaments), Qiu Li (Fifa ruled him ineligible), Aleksandar Duric (fractured a bone) and John Wilkinson (calf injury). Noh Alam Shah is not 100% fit as he still carrying a niggling hamstring problem.

haa, yest beb and ling went to work, so i went to find them at around erm 5 something, since they havent knock off, i went to the national library, then read about the singapore history, haa,

the japanese first introduced their light tank during the war world II, they brought in the tanks to counter the resistive force at the bukit timah battle. it was first seen at a place where we re very familiar, the junction where traffic is damn hev in the morning, the junction along ten mile junction.

then after tt read about the pioneers of singapore which include plantation king Tan Kah Kee, his son-in-law known as the pineapple king, Lee kong Chian, and several familiar nams like muhammad Eunos, Lim boon keng, lim nee soon, yusof bin ishak, tan tock seng, tan kin ching son of Tan Kah kee.

then after tt i went out, sit at a bench, then something caught my attention, the posters read: exhibition on Lee Kong Chian and Tan Kah Kee, daily from september 2008 to 31st dec 2008, 10th storey, national library, so i went up

haa, then it was very interesting to read the lives of our pioneers, then they displayed a video, which i sat through 2 hours and finished it. i find the video rather "qing qie" as often the character will speak in hokkien. So here's a short introductory of both our respectable pioneers.

Tan Kah Kee arrived in Singapore at age 16 (1890) to begin his career in his father’s rice store. That business collapsed in 1903, but Tan Kah Kee went on to build an industrial empire ranging from rubber plantations and manufacturing, sawmills, canneries, real estate, import and export brokerage, ocean transport to -- rice trading. The years 1912 – 1914 were the best for his enterprises when he amassed a huge fortune. He came to be known as the “Henry Ford of Malaya.”

He spent his fortune not on himself or his family, but on education, for education, not business, was his abiding concern. He founded and financed several schools and other educational institutions in his native Jimei as well as in Singapore. In 1921 he set up Xiamen University where Lim Boon Keng was first Vice-chancellor, and maintained it for 16 years even during his financially difficult years, before the Chinese government took it over in 1937. Among the schools he founded in Singapore are Singapore Chinese High, Daonan, Aitong, Chongfu, Huachiao and Nanyang Girls’ High. Besides Chinese schools he also made contributions to Anglo-Chinese School and Raffles College. He was also active in campaigning for educational and social reforms in the 1920’s and 1930’s.

Lee Kong Chian began his education in the privately run schools there. In 1903 he joined his father in Singapore where he studied in the Anglo-Indian School and Chongzheng School. He returned to China in 1909 to continue his secondary and tertiary education, but the 1911 Revolution cut that short. Back in Singapore he first worked as a teacher in Daonan School and as translator in a Chinese newspaper, before joining the China Guohua Company in 1915, where he was soon spotted by Tan Kah Kee. The older man not only tutored the younger in business skills but also gave him his daughter in marriage in 1920.

Like Tan Kah Kee he poured his wealth into education and other philanthropic work. He set up the Lee Foundation in Singapore in 1952 and in Malaysia in 1960. In 1965 the Lee Foundation Ltd. was established in Hong Kong. Between 1952 and 1993 the Foundation donated sums amounting to $300 million to various causes, regardless of race, language, religion, nationality, geographical location, and with no strings attached. Seventy-five percent of that sum went to education.

When Lee Kong Chian was chairman of the Board of Directors of Huachiao School he gave huge sums to develop the school. Similarly when the University of Malaya was set up in 1949, he contributed $500 000 towards its building fund, and when Nanyang University was founded in 1953 he donated 10percent of the total fund. In 1962 he became the first Vice-chancellor of the University of Singapore. Again he gave out $1 million to set up a medical college.

Like Tan Kah Kee again he did not forget his native China when it came to giving to education. In 1939 he founded and financed the Guozhuan primary school in his home village of Furong, and in 1943 set up the Guoguang secondary school. Between 1950 and 1954 he contributed towards the financing of Xiamen University as well as the Jimei schools founded by Tan Kah Kee.

Lee Kong Chian’s work and generous contributions to education and society were recognized when he was conferred an honorary degree in law by the University of Malaya in 1958, the title PMN (Panglime Mangku Negara) by the Agong of Malaysia in 1964. Before that he had been made Dato by the sultans of Johore and of Kelantan.

then it was pic time, sorry now still durn have cos i too poor durn have cam, so everybody took with me de, i muz take from them, then while waiting to pub, me, shang, keng, jie, and jan started to do stupid stuff and cam, haa, it was real stupid tt we were laughing at oursleves, got pig face, eating shang's head face, still got pageant show, and my standing style kena by them, say i look like trans( chao ah gua), then we went outsid ethe ballroom, it's always me haa, i spotted some flowers, then i pluck the rose and put at the pocket of my vest, haa, erm look back 2 years ago de ccks prom i did the same thing, haa, but this time round the ccks gang joined me, then shang kok and mao started the wedding pic, haa, kena sabo by me jan and jie,

was busying buying things for prom night over the week and it was damn tired la, din buy much except for 1 belt, haa, dyed my hair twice, first tie was not obviuos, so i dyed the next day, but m hair become too dry so must apply conditioner, now it's okae liao, den its gold colour, damn ah beng, but i'm not like those retard kids who go round bullying, extorting. well beginning my gyming session and busy flipping through books on how to train, and decided to buy 2 dumb bells, 10kg each, if not everytime go gym like sian, if sian durn wan go, if durn go den cannot lose weight, if nvr lose weight, go ns die,

well, sad news, ah gong in hospital again, this time round, his kidney is officially pronunced malfunctioning, or it should be not functioning anymore, somemore the bladder got lots of big and small stones, so question, should we agree to go along with the operation, but we must be prepared cos an 85 years old old man being operated, the chances of him able to pull through is slim.

however, i tink we should go along, firstly, if unfortunately it failed, at least he will not be suffering anymore, no more sufferings for him, cos he has suffered for the past 3 years, nest it if it is successful, den good, he will not be in pain anymore, but my ah ma will nvr agree with it, so must see how the doctor says tomorrow, hopefully its a wise decision.

yest attended my sis de ROM, at TONG LE restaurant at central. the process was short la, the justice of peace like a bit retard, oops, but he was funny la and tall just tt others are wy taller.

It was 5 days after my A level, and i'm rotting at home. many asked me:" finding job?" i replied: no. then i bet they will be thinking: erm, no, wa so slack. at times, i prefer to remain silent rather then elaborate, sometimes i feel that there's no need to explain for myself, cos i know that for everything i've done, i have a reason, and i don have to tell everyone why i do this. must i like: hey i eat cos i'm hungry, i drink cos i'm thirsty.

well, i feel that after 18 years i've grown ba, not tt gullible, will not take everything for what it is, most importantly, i've learnt to wear a pair of specs before talking to people, cos yuu noe not everyone is the same, there are hyprocrites who likes to act as a stupid clown and perform stupid stunts behind yuu, and those who backstab at people and those who make use of our trust and later treat it s though yuu dunno and continue their way.

i dunno, i feel tt i' not as open as before, there will sure be a gap between me and the rest, cos i durn trust people tt much now after so much has happened. tt's why i say sometimes silent is the best way to deal with things. durn force me to talk, cos i will do so when i feel tt there's a need.

for the last 2 days i've been thinking through, just what is wrong.

these 2 days were the hardest time in my whole life, at 1 point i couldn't eat, yet at another point i ate alot, things after things i just stuff into mouth. time again i felt like crying but tears just hang around my eyes it didn't fall.

that scene that result kept appearing in my eyes, i just couldn't get over it. on the day i receive it, i already feel like what the, are my eyes playing tricks on me. then i realise that i expected too much far too much, i nvr tot this would happen to me.

i redo my paper, over and over again, it was wet, it was wet, it was wet. i nvr talk to anyone on that day, dey console me, but i doubt they knew exactly what i was thinking. it was my favourite subject, a subject which i have my utmost interest and confidence in, but this is the first time i that numbers are betraying me.

Congrats Singapore for obtaining 1 gold 1 silver and 2 bronze in the paralympics.

However, i felt reall sorry for them. 1 gold is not equivalent to silver. wad i meant

remember last month we celebrated our long awaited medal for the olympics. and indeed we achieved a silver, prize awared 75 000. however, paralympic swimmer yip xiu pin who gotte our 1st ever gold in the paralympic got only 26000, 10% reduction.

we must note that paralympic is much tougher than olmpic, taking into consideration their physical disability and how much extra work they need to overcome that. thus i believe that the bare minimum we should do is pay more respect for them and provide them with equal treatment.

五月二日，东南亚地区发生了恐怖灾难，台风袭击了我们的邻国- 缅甸。台风威力十足。至今，已多达15，000 人罹难。这对缅甸来说是有史以来的大灾难。

正当大家在为缅甸受害者募捐时，另一场更大的灾难发生了。

throughout these years, i have seen how ur grew, from boys to now guys, all of you are under my command, from 2005 till 2006, and you guys made me proud by being my successor, by accomplishing more than me, under me we achieved our long lost silver, but now you guys have brought back our first gold unit plaque.

people joke of the day. there is this question on physics, which yuu noe the conservation of energy, ya, so they were asking why energy would be zero afterall,

haa, for today, let me teach ur the technique i learn in school regarding the 2.4km run. as yuu noe for guys we need a minimum silver to be excused from the extra 2 months of training in BMT

so the lesson shall start

as ur can see there are marks at the side, 100m, 200m, 300m and 400m, they are basically the markings or interval. so yuu shall start at the curve on the 100m mark. when the starter say start, run at ur warm up pace for the 100m,

then at 200m , execute "crunzing" which is to widen ur legs apart. this is because when yuu open ur legs, yuu will take smaller steps, then the no. of steps yuu take will be lesser, yuu will reach the 300m, at the shortest time and not tiring ur self.

then at the 300m mark, it is the easiest, just lean ur body inwards, then momentum will carry ur speed through, because of phys equation p=mv, p is momentum, m is mass and v is speed, when yuu widen ur legs at the 200m distance, ur speed will increase, so when yuu lean ur body sideways, momentum will be ;large to bring yuu through the 300m distance, therefore yuu wil once again like slack

okae, for final 400m mark and last 100m, yuu have to chiong all the way. yuu will not feel tired, care to share the reason? this is cause this pattern will repeat, so after sprinting for the last 100m, yuu will be running at warming up speed again.

okae, technique finished, now is the training, first yuu have to do it in interval. for exmaple, 17 year old guy. complete 1 round in 1.40 min then rest for 1.40 min, ratio 1:1. then repeat for6 rounds, after subsequent training, reduce resting time to 1:0.5 ie: run for 1.40 min then rest for 50s, subsequently till ratio is 1:0, complete all 6 rounds at each round timing at 1.40min.

lets talk abt the leadership camp, seriously i don see any hectic activities la, dey re merely having fun lorr, this camp seriously is not as tough as last year.

so book in on fri after receving my a level mother tongue results. then camp official starts at 17:30. first send them to back yard pump, bag check, then tekan for a while den go void deck, allocate bunk, bunk inspection den dinner. after that was something like a research den was cancelled. then it was fire drill, they were tekan like shit. but the first fire drill i missed cos too sleepy, then 2nd fire drill suddenyl feel someone behind me, ewe hin was F** me la, he stupid den show me the stupid face, but i too sleepy la, then ernest come shout fire drill i just point middlefinger at him. w lao, waking me up for nothing, wahaha

yesterday went for cip to help raise fund for ncc needy students

then in the morning went school play soccer with the juniors then i scored 1 penalty and 1 goal thanks to jun kai, wahahaa

then after that cip started. then got one stupid uncle delivery man come li siao say got three units from 218 complained that they did not receive the papers and the uncle accused my men of taking them way! oake, then they tried digging the papers for him, but to no avail la. then he asked them to search two more times. then i really fed up, called wei xian bring his team come and called ernest and joseph to come.

then after cip talked to ms vanessa for a while. then after that went play badminton with jo khai and ernest and wei xian. we are having lots of fun la. in future when we cannot play together i sure very sad de lorr, cos they are my very true buddies. i noe i may sound mushy. bu ncc has bonded us together, after every training, it seems that someone is pulling this knot, and our ties seems stronger after each training. i really treasure the times we joke and laughed at each other, really it came from the bottom of my heart, being with ur i can really forget the unhappiness or stress and i felt really happy.

in times to come we need to settle down for our o and a levels and i dunno whether we will continue to be like this, i really hope got time we can still play or after o and a come out talk talk play play joke joke. i really hope this friendship and brotherly hood will continue and be everlasting.

If you ask me how am i feeling now, just 1 word "stress"

From last wednesday i can feel that this invisible strength is pulling me away fro my destination. I am feeling stressful and stressful as each day goes by. Do you guys want to know why, practically its about the assembly last wednesday.

There is this superior figure in our school, yes, he's none other then our vice principal, Mr. Dennis Yeo. He spoke to us about the workload we will be facing as time goes by. He also asked us what did we do during our december holidays!

Then i started to think back, mostly i went around slacking, playing psp, then wait till the last week then i started with my homework. So, basically i'm those type which he says is slackers. Then what makes me stress is this phrase: " what you didnt do for the past 2 months would affect you next eight months, and what you do and did not do in the following 8 months would affect your next 8 years". Then i thought, would i step out of PJC feeling happy with my results or would i regret. So i told myself i must start mugging fro that day onwards, thus this explain why i am feeling so stressful now, basically its stress that came from myself.

Then this week is CT period, so we crapped with Ms.Tan. She told us alot about her experience, and also her JC results. During her 2 years of JC life, she did no do fantastically well, she even failed her Chem and F maths. but her A level results

MATHS:C
CHEM:C

She told us she make a notebook on her own and sh mug in the library, thus even though she kept failing her Chem, she managed to secure a C in the end. Then, Mr. Yeo also showed us our targetted grades in terms of our L1R5. So , 13 pointer must hit triple "B"s. But i'm actually targeting A A B. Maths A Phys A and econs B. I really believe that i can do it, but i lack confidence. Isn't that irony? I believe i can do it, means i'm comfident, but i said i' not confident. This is so as i cannot guarantee that I would not be lazy. Thus i believe that what i need to do is to overcome this trivial matter.

Also, my napfa test. the trial 2.4 i clock 14 mins, WTF, this is definitely atrocious. So i'm training to make it under 12 mins. then my pull up is 4 so i want to make it 6, the other are okae.

Firstly, this week super busy.

i was involved in the sec 1 orientation parade as colours RSM. is i want the la, cos yuu need a rank higher den SSG and not higher den MSG, so since i'm their SIR cum MIC, so i go lorr. its a long tie since i was involved in the parade, so my legs and hands still can tahan. haa

then the training started on tuesday from 3 till 6.30. then wednesday it continued from 2to 3.30. den on tuesday, actually mdm lim wants me to take charge, use the mic an order the parade. den i told her i was inside la, den she a bit shocked so i say cos need a rank higher den staff, den i say i durn mind being commanded. so the job goes to mr lau. haa

then on thursday, they go drew the flag poles and holder, then the flag party rehearsed, wee keat initially has no confidence la, but i drilled and trained him and he did it.

then friday is the last round, den i super serious la, looked up stood straight, then i heard mdm lim say its only a trail, den in my mind i say huh what trial only, so it continued and we have 2 rehearsals. then mr leong and mr tan wee liat say cannot hold state flag arh, say cannot this cannot that, den the school and ncc flag need sweep. then say state flag need change people to hold.

so here comes the big day, luckily it didnt rain. so i woke upa t 4 something den i went school. carried tables all these den changed. wa suddenly my stomach pain damn nervous den go to 2nd floor toilet shit, then got ppl ga jiao go switch off the lights. then i put on baret and glove and it time to march in.

the rsm marched in, change of command and we marched in. super nervous. then after 15 mins teh parade ended. during rehearsal mdm vanessa told me that some people say our flaf party sucks. but after the parade we got compliments from mdm lim, ms sim and maj tan. we are proud, super proud.

then maj tan actually remembered me, and ask how was i, i told him now in j2 den say initially i'm a 53rd clt but school dont allow. then practically all the officers and principals are prasing us, the officers even came to thank me, indeed its my proudest day.

then mdm lim ask me to go over, she said that os of our flag party, now all ugs want flag liao during pop. then they say all ugs have flag party, then mr leong call me to teach them. then i say okae lorr, then i say escort need rifle drill, then i say okae i teach. then mdm lim ask me to work with heads of all ugs den ask me come up with the proposal. oke lorr, i'm the co-organiser of the pop liao. but the usm of ncc durn wan others to copy us, i use all my saliva liao, he still durn wan, haa, forgive him he's like tt, give him time.

okae, then now i'm okae with ms vanessa liao. she needs people toperform before she will appreciate. cos friday they got wet weather rehearsal, then after tt need ppl to shift bak the chairs den i went up and practically doing the job la. then i carry the 10 chairs on my back to and fro running to finish the job fast.

oh ya, something more, because of A i need take attendance now. hai, nvm i'm mic cum csm cum admin cum co-organiser liao,

time to update again.

things are the same for lst week, school starts and here comes work. we hve homework for every subject during the weekend. ern. i'm not complaining because basically i've suffered this during o level. on top of this we still have our own things to catch up, 10 yers series, and i have to start training for my napfa. gold award here i come!!!

then basically, i'm known as a joker sir in NCC now. but guys note when is the time to joke and when not. i just want to bring the long forgotten laughter back to NCC. During my sec 1 and sec 2 life or even sec 3 and sec 4 ncc life, we had so much fun and laughter. after i passed out all these are gone. practically there are conflicts. conflict over superior, over post, over rights, ver punishment, over friendship, over words that are being said. Your can see me joking, but deep down i'm sad, why have your become like this, friends fighting with one another. People, take out the core book which your took during part A tell me what core values we uphold. i can clearly rememebr this, " care for fellow cadets" they wanted us to care for others, treat everyone with care, concern, respect, and most importantly treat everyone with care. we are seniors and juniors for 5 years, 4 years, three years, two years, one year, but i don care, i just want the mutual trust. so what if you or him or her re not in pure science class, we re still friends.

haa. lets start from erm, 19th.

just read fifi blog and her most recent post was meaningful to all of us. maybe all of us should take a look at the article.
and this ,ade me thought of the thursday trip.

thursday i accompanied keng yang friend to my friend house. they were doing a report on lion and dragon dance. so i thought of my friend. then they started asking question.

then suddenly my friend said he actualy has thought of quitting and giving up his "guan" which means like troupe. he said that all these years he has practically tasted his life, bitter, sour, sweet. he was even betrayed by his very own friend.

he and my another friend. actually their relationship is tong men shixiong. they are of same status. then there was another person. this three can say is "fu lu shou" the three immortal. then this september, they participated in the 13th ngee ann city lion dance competition. they got into the final, but during the final, the lion head which is my friend, he fell, my another friend was the drummer. then the lion back, when got back to the head home, he practically threw everything then went off. before he go he told the head that he's quitting, and said that staying here is useless, and said that they would not be famous and would not have any chance to compete again.

so i think that people are like this, whereever there are good things or benefits they will switch. in society, whichever company offer higher pay or incentives or provide more benefits, people will flock to interview. but what makes us, what shapes the society, it was the people. you see those loyal employees, they sacrificed more then half their life fighting for the benefits of the company, then when they are old, they are the one who get fired or retrenched first. this thing i've seen much more then anyone.

infact, i have been betrayed and been used by my best friend, details i do not wish to talk much la. so i can see. but i just smile and laugh,

haa. blog again. hmmm. ur noe y these few days no update. dumbass. the owner is sick. he couldn summon the strength to update. please. please update your information.

i've just finished watching the soccer bronze medal playoff. it was the lions vs the vietnmese. guess wht. we have fantastic players. firstly sharil ishak clinch the lead. next at the 43rd min. faizrul scored with a back heel kick.

then second half started, the lions was superb with fantastic skills fro faizrul. within minutes, he scored his 2nd and 3rd goal, completing his hat trick. then it ws riduan mohammed pass which agu secured a 5-0 score till the final whistle.

then the other two badminton matches made me boiled. kenderick 21-16, 21-9 a lose to indonesia taufik, then singapore doubles 21-17, 21-7, another lose to indonesia.

never mind, think singapore did quite poorly for this sea games. looking back at the 2005 and 2003 sea games. i think it was the 2003 sea games which singapore secured a 42 gold medals.

anyway. i think singapore did quite well, because some of the events singapore couldnt send in atheletes to particpate. however, i'm quite please with the bronze medal for soccer because if i did not remember wrongly, it was the first time we manage to get into top 4 after 10 years.

however, did you guys remember months ago, where we cheered for singapore soccer during the asean cup, we managed to shake off thailand and clinch our second consecutive asean cup, the last one was in 2005 where we beat indonesia 3-0 in the first game and 3-0 again in thr second game.

haa. went to fifi blog den saw darren chen shi wei de blog. so i nothing better to do so i linked hi. whaha

then after that fifi was talking about the pageant girls not getting enough support from the government. ern. i read this article and they were talking about the difference between singapore pageant girls and other country de girls. so venezula girls can have their own house and get to drive their own cars for 1 year etc.
then fifi was saying that we should also like give our girls some priority os some incentives to groom themselves, well singaore girls only have their designers by the name of mom.

so i tagged. i tink that its because the gov thinks that we are not up to the mark. we would not win., so why and what for we use precious money on something that we are not confident with. also we are sort of budget. we are facing the problem of oldies. we need money for the, we need money for educatio purpose, we need housing to expand our land, build houses, and also our defence. currently we are inside the seagames so we are grooming the atheletes, we are preparing for beijing 2008 and fighting for the organising commitee of young olympics 2011. thus i feel that the government are doing their best to sponsor those that they feel they are confident that they would win and not on some event that they are not confident and feel that its a sure lose competition.

haa. i guess this would be a very good debate topic. but think i will lose la. but i kept my stand clear. fifi is strong in english and leo is supporting her. so i guess i should get my supporters

in today, we have achieved 9 more gold medals and it contributed to our 29th gold medal in total

we are currently in te 3rd position in the medals table. with philippines catching up(22 gold) so lets cheer for team singapore

and also lets pay our respect to the 5 dragon boaters who unfortunately met with a tragedy during their competition. this competition was held in cambodia last month. so lets carry on their dragon boat spirit with us.

these few days, the thought of leaving ccks ncc has been pondering me. whether i should or not.

now i understand. people may not appreciate what you are doing, but when you know that you are doing the right thingsa. then follow the nike sayoing "just do it"

this person has quite an arrogant act. i shall address this person as "hoho

when hoho first came hoho was quite nice. but after the leadership camp hoho has been arrogant. and i have been tolerating hoho for quite a while

hoho tinks big of hoho. hoho has only joined for less then a year. and we have been serving ncc since sec 1. 5 years.

hoho only listen to hoho students. and oho nvr respect us seniors. when we are giving like suggestions hoho will just nod the head. then when we are calling hoho hoho will just be faking and i mean it bloddy faking trying to talk to someone else.

haa. back. let me start from 20th november...

firstly we ncc seniors book in for the NCC annual camp. then we did all the administeration stuff. den we checked for the the things we needed. after that the oiv briefed everyone about their role and their responsibility. after which we went for diner and back to school for a briefing from mdm.

then it was time for gambling. we played bluff. den damn bloody mak kept saying wad cards i got. den i "pek chek" and i quit the game. after that sleeping time. it was damn cold with all the fans and air cons switched to the lowest temperature with the weather outside

seconly it was the start of the camp. the juniors book in, check for their items adn locate their bunks. then they went for the ice breaking games and then swimming. after that it was the bbq then the night walk

thirdly. it was the amazing race. followed by their camp fire rehearsal. after which they ate dinner and took the group photo. then the camp fire started. it was quite a failure cos of the pa breakdown. then it was the treasure hunt. it was actually a haunted scene to scare them. they got pic wth whote candles, joss paper all around.it was damn freaky la.

then the last day was cleaning up and also the open house booth.

haa. lately very tired. went hospital to visit my grandpa.

sometimes its really pains the heart. although yuu can say tt men are not supposed to be bothered by sadness but it really does.

actually tot nothing of it. but when i see my cousin de blog. hai. memories are like lightning, flashed through my vision. last time whenver i call out ah gong. he will answer. but now things arent the same

i really really feel like beating up tt nurse hu caused this. all cos she forget to feed my ah gong med. is she being punished or not i rrally dunno. but i really hope to punish her on my own. does my grandpa deserve this.

i know he's in great pain. but he's uncommunicable. he couldnt talk.

now.he's in hospital. wad i can do is go down visit him and help in wadever way i can help. i brush his chest and hold on to his hand. i know he like this. cos when i walk away. he wouldlike try to call me back. but i guess he mistook me as his eldest grandson ba. i know wadever i say is useless cos he's jus my maternal grandpa.

but i juz hope tt everyone would just try and take care of him. durn regret when yuu durn have this chance anymore.

then i can see how much my grandma loves him. despite her disability to walk. she still want to go and visit him. but everyone is like stopping. y is this. if i have a car. i would definitely drive her.

hai to end off. i really envy thise who still have their paternal grandpa with them. i really for a very long time nvr calledd out ah gong le.
